Ballard is a quaint little area outside of the big city where you can find chic urban-wear and unique finds. Not a very big shopping district but it is definitely worth a visit for the fun but fashionable local boutiques. The best time to visit is late afternoon or early afternoon because of the large selection of eateries to grab dinner!
